ERASMUS+ KA171 PROJECT 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR STUDENT LEARNING MOBILITY ANNOUNCEMENT

Within the scope of Erasmus + KA171 project, a joint project was carried out with Tyrkey, Karabük Üniversitesi in the field of English Language and Literature. Within the scope of the project, 1 Long Term Student Learning Mobility will be carried out in the 2025-2026 academic year in line with the following criteria.

The period expected to participate in the activity is the spring semester of 2025/2026 or 2026-2027 fall semester. Our students will participate in the activity for 5 months at Karabuk University, Türkiye.

Students who will participate in the activity must meet the following minimum requirements:

Application Requirements for Student Learning Mobility

  1. To be a full-time student enrolled in Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University, Foreign Languages and Methods of Teaching Department, Bachelor’s (first) or Master’s (second) Cycle.
  2. To have a GPA of at least 2.50
  3. For study mobility: sufficient number of ECTS credits (at least 30 ECTS)
  4. If the activities have been utilised previously within the current education level, the total duration together with the new activity should not exceed 12 months.
  5. At least 70 English Language Score for English Language and Literature Department

QUOTAS

The total quota is 1 for Student Mobility for Studies.
Departments eligible for Karabük Üniversitesi English Language and Literature Department.

Grants for Student by Country of Destination

The table below shows the individual support grant amounts to be used for students who will benefit from the activity for a longer period of time:

Senegal – Turkiye800 € per month

For mobility with Non-Programme Related Third Countries, students are also supported for round-trip travel.

Application Procedures

The announcement process for the KA171 Student Learning Mobility between Karabük Üniversitesi and our University is between 01.02.2026–22.02.2026, and the application process will be taken online from the link https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13DiCLL2AiY3KZB2qGalbLeXzLyUyXUYQ?usp=drive_link between 23.02.2026-09.03.2026

When applying, the mandatory fields specified in the system must be filled in and documents must be uploaded.

Student Selection Criteria

1. The selection of students is carried out from among the students who apply by fulfilling the requirements, taking into account the evaluation criteria and weighted scores recommended by the National Agency.

2. Success score is calculated as academic grade point average 50% + language level 50%.

The evaluation criteria and weighted scores to be used in evaluating mobility applications are given below:

  • Deductions are made based on the student’s total score.
  • Students who meet the minimum requirements will be able to waive the financial support in case they remain in the reserve and can participate in the mobility within the quotas without grant if they wish.

Additional Grant Support for Student/Recent Graduate Mobility

Participants with fewer opportunities are provided with Additional Grant Support, in addition to the regular grant they are entitled to receive.

Additional Grant Support for Incoming Students/Recent Graduates

Within the scope of KA171 incoming student mobility, additional grant support may only be provided to participants with disabilities, in accordance with the amounts specified in the table. In order to determine whether the participant falls under the disability category, the student must provide official supporting documents in line with national legislation (such as a disability card, medical report, etc.).

Students who meet these criteria, upon request and provided that they submit the required documentation, may receive Additional Grant Support in the amounts specified below, depending on the type of mobility.
